Yale University recently added 8 new free courses to its excellent open courseware website. All Yale open courseware classes are packaged with a syllabus, lecture transcripts and a choice of video or audio lecture downloads.
The new courses are:
- ASTR 160 – Frontiers and Controversies in Astrophysics
- CLCV 205 – Introduction to Ancient Greek History
- ECON 159 – Game Theory
- ECON 252 – Financial Markets
- ENGL 220 – Milton
- ENGL 291 – The American Novel Since 1945
- HIST 119 – The Civil War and Reconstruction Era, 1845-1877
- HIST 276 – France Since 1871
