Stanford University, which has a rich collection of lectures and courses on iTunesU, has released its first YouTube course: African-American History: Modern Freedom Struggle, taught by Clayborne Carson. (Hat tip to Openculture.)
Also available on YouTube is the recent commencement address by Oprah Winfrey.
If you don’t have time to sit at your computer for these new offerings, check out ReplayAV (described in this earlier post), which lets you record streaming content and convert the files for use on an iPod or MP3 player. There may also be open-source versions of this kind of software. Suggestions anyone?
Update on 6/18/08: You can more easily download the course videos from iTunesU.
