In addition to the free introductory lectures at Harvard Extension, Harvard offers web DIY scholars free lectures on a variety of topics at Harvard@Home. You can listen or view presentations from the likes of Jane Goodall and Yo-Yo Ma, as well as a slew of Harvard scholars.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to get these lectures onto your portable MP3 player. Even if you use a recording program like Replay A/V, you have to go back to your computer every 5 minutes or so to start the next segment of the lecture.

I’m not aware of any such courses, but try the iTunesU power search. You may get lucky.
