In the beginning I was a bookworm, and the public library was my habitat. Then came the Internet and I roved cyberspace looking for new things to learn. Then came iTunes, and university course podcasts, and I was as a lamb in green pastures, never far from new sweet grass.
This blog is to be a record of my adventures, as well as a guide to others who want to explore the best in free web learning.
A caveat: my interests run to the humanities and social sciences, and to a lesser degree the other sciences. Most of the courses and sites reviewed will be in my area of interest. I invite others to write up their experiences in the sciences.
